I enjoyed a pleasant 3 night stay at the Tilton Inn while attending a camp at Highland Mountain Bike Park. I was greeted by Kathy would made me feel right at home. The Inn is quaint. The room was nicer than I had anticipated; bright and charming. The bed was sufficiently comfortable. Renovations are needed in a few areas, which apparently are under way. There was no easily accessible plug next to the night stand for me to plug my items in. The bathroom was clean but could use some updating. I really enjoyed relaxing on a rocker on the large balcony that overlooks the Main Street in town and found myself up there an hour or two every evening. All in all in was a delightful stay and with a few updates this place would be a true gem.

My recent stay at The Tilton Inn was nothing short excellent and the hospitality is always great! As in years past, I always feel welcomed, the owners Allan and Kathy are there to greet you with warmth and smiles. It feels good to feel welcomed and valued. Every staff member goes above and beyond to get to know you and ensure your stay is excellent. I look forward to returning next year and reliving this extraordinary stay! Allan and Kathy, THANK YOU!

Stayed in the Tilton Room last year and again last 2 nights. The owners were very gracious and let us ghost hunt in all of the rooms (we were the only guests). Henry Ford room was very active, as was our bathroom in Tilton room. Restaurant was very yummy.

We were there for lunch and the meal was delicious. The owners made us feel at home in the very friendly atmosphere. I am wheelchair bound so parking right out front was great. Overall a great experience. BTW deserts are to die for.

I found the Tilton Inn while browsing more economical yet hopefully cute and fun options in the area, and have been delighted with the find. Only after had figured I’d stay here and was looking at the room options on their site did I realize it has a paranormal history. Sadly, I did not meet any of the other “inhabitants” during my quick overnight stay. Even after I played Flogging Molly’s “Laura” for the 12-year-old Laura who is said to reside here. (But I know that this room isn’t known for special activity. ) If I’m back in the area, I will definitely stay here again!

We visited this charming hotel for a brief visit, and thoroughly enjoyed it. It's a classic inn, and like stepping back in time... but with most of today's conveniences. The location is great, in a fun, small town near enough the highways to be easy to visit, but far enough away to feel as if you've stumbled upon a hidden gem. We remembered this hotel being featured on the old TV series, Ghost Hunters, but can't say we personally encountered anything eerie. Oh, the ambience is very "old-time luxury inn," but with all the niceties we expect in an up-to-date hotel. We especially like strolling along Tilton's main street, exploring the many small shops. This hotel is also near the classic Tilt'n Diner, with retro styling and delicious food. This hotel is a perfect place to spend a night when you're on your way to - or from - NH's Lakes Region.

What a lovely stay in the quaint town of Tilton. Alan and Kathy are ever the gracious hosts, making you feel so welcome. The room was perfect, bed comfortable and Henry Ford room was very spacious. We had our daughter stay on the air mattress and she slept so well. They made it very comfortable for her. The Onion Pub is another level of amazing food. Everything is fresh and done in house, DELICIOUS! I had the special; Seared scallop pasta. The scallops were huge and cooked to perfection. Absolutely fantastic time and highly recommend!
